| Welcome Well,the end of another bowling season come,s to an end and I gotta say,I,m not impressed with the sport bowling lane conditions for league play. This type lane condition was invented for the purpose of 1. making bowling more of a challenge. 2. promote the bowling business. 3. create a bowling condition that would not favor the high average bowler, which by the way has been considered to be the cause for the decline in revenues in the industry. I could go on and on about this,so I,m going to sum it up for you. 1.beginner bowlers or newcomers really can't see the difference because of lack of experience in the game. 2.For the ageing bowler, this makes the game extremely difficult and frustrating.I fail to see how this is helping to promote bowling. 3. Oh, and guess what,the better bowler is still the better bowler.They haven't accomplished a thing in my eye,s. Sport bowling is supposed to make the game more fair for all. It hasn't worked as of yet and I don't beleive it will. Bowling was invented for the purpose of recreation and fun.
